Kroontjeskruid Honing is one of the most important types of wild honey. It is produced by bees that feed on the nectar of the wild thyme plant, which grows along the Syrian coast after the harvesting of wheat, lentils, or chickpeas. The wild thyme plant blooms in late summer and early autumn and is abundant in Syria.
To deliver this premium honey, we have placed several beehives in the Badrousiyah area, located in the Syrian coastal mountains overlooking the Mediterranean Sea
